TERMS & CONDITIONS

Let's make things clear before we head out for the mountains.

1. All events are guided by aspirant IFMGA mountain guide or IFMGA mountain guide. You can find the full definition of who is a mountaing guide and what he is allowed to do at IFMGA website.

2. After you fill the registration form, I will send you the payment instructions. The payment of the full price is taken as a binding application.

3. What IS and what is NOT included in the price is always listed on the event detail page.

4. If the client decides to cancel the event, these CANCELLATION CONDITIONS apply:

  • 30 and more days before the event starts - no cancellation fee.

  • 29 - 15 days 50% of the price is refunded.

  • 14 days or less there is no refund.

5. In case of restricted travelling due to Covid restrictions 100% is refunded.

6. If I cancel the event, 100% is refunded.

7. The client has to inform the guide about their health problems such as heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy etc.

8. What if the weather is bad? There is almost always an alternative. Try a different peak, ski in another valley or we can practice safety skills.

9. The priority of each tour is the client's safety. In case of dangerous conditions the summit is not guaranteed. If the guide decides that the situation is not safe anymore, he terminates the ascent and the price remains unchanged. The reason can be sudden change of weather, avalanche situation or physical condition of the client.

Fast means safe in the mountains, so the guide presents the schedule that needs to be followed during the ascent.

10. Based on IFMGA rules, the client-guide ratio must not exceed these limits for given disciplines.
